Notwithstanding anything contained in section 42, the following entities shall automatically be deemed to acquire legal capacity:-
(a) State of Nepal,
(b) Government of Nepal,
(c) the Federal Parliament or the Legislative Parliament,
(d) Courts, constitutional bodies or any office under such bodies,
(e) Ministry, secretariat, department or any other government office of the Government of Nepal (f) Province,
(g) State Government or State level government offices,
(h) Provincial Assembly,
(i) Government offices at the local level under rural municipality, municipality or district assembly or such bodies,
(j) Commissions, committees or similar bodies established by the Government of Nepal, provincial governments or local governments in accordance with law,
(k) Institutes, organizations or bodies established according to law,
(l) Institutions established for public purposes such as monasteries, temples, shrines, chaityas, monasteries, mosques, churches, dharamshalas, patis, sattals, burial grounds, which have been operating since ancient times. (d) Community school or college or university established for public purpose.
